MTE Rustenburg Expo 2018
Dec 1, 2018 adminThe annual MTE show in Rustenburg recently took place with over 230 registered visitors in and 50 exhibitors in attendance including suppliers of pumps, mining machines, gear boxes, lifting equipment, trackless equipment, fire suppression equipment and conveyor technology.
The exhibition created the ideal product installation and networking opportunity for our technical experts engaging with potential customers and industry partners.
Rustenburg, was the perfect setting for this event, being the mining hub of the North West Province and home to the largest Platinum mines in the world (Anglo American Platinum, Bathopele Mine and Impala Platinum) and the world’s largest refinery (Rustenburg Base Metals Refinery) which processes around 70% of the world’s platinum.
AECI Mining Explosives' Intelligent Blasting offerings exhibited at MineSAFE Conference
Our Divisional Director for Underground Mining, Meagan van den Berg and team recently exhibited our products and services to the market at the annual MineSafe conference held from 29 – 31 August at Gallagher Convention Centre. A range of AECI Mining Explosives' intelliBlastTM offerings was showcased including electronics products, predictive software and blast optimisation.
